The Cortina was Britain’s best selling car during the 70’s. This estate version in Lagoon blue with contrasting side dart has a cool retro look. According to the Cortina owners this estate is 1 of only 30 left on the road worldwide. These are sure to appreciate in the near future.

Fully serviced, one year’s  M.O.T and Tax exempt she is ready for summer.

The 1500 pre-crossflow engine starts first time, benefiting from an alternator conversion.  It had 4 owners from new, 73,000 original miles with only 900 miles covered since 2012. One of the previous owners an engineer by trade, rebuilt the top half of the engine as well as upgrading the gearing, it now has a longer 1^st gear and a better top speed. The underside is remarkably clean for a 50 year’s old car, showing no signs of welding.

Paintwork is a beautiful colour, showing signs of a previous older re-spray. All bright work trim is present on this delux model survivor. Rubber seals are showing age but fully functioning. The interior is a matching colour to the exterior and has that lovely classic car smell. A small repair is present on the side of the driver’s seat. All dashboard instruments are in good working order, it does have the addition of a period Motorola stereo.

There is a history file including the original owners handbook, Cortina servicing manual and two original keys.

Due to their age, none of the vehicles we have for sale will be covered by their original manufacturers warranty, although our cars are fully serviced and come with fresh M.O.T  they are sold as seen.

You are of course at liberty to purchase a third party warranty package with a supplier of your choice, should you wish to do so.
